Christina Bennett is a filmmaker-visual artist. Born in Belfast, she has lived most of her life in Co. Clare. Still and moving image experiments, are combined with sounds, poetic narratives and participant voices. Themes of passing time, home & identity are also included as intrinsic aspects of these expressions. Her combined media works, paintings, textiles, poems and installation also express these experiences, with consideration of materials and their relevance and impact on outcomes and meaning.
